Simon Ryan's Foxcatcher hires Dentsu's Andrew Molan

Foxcatcher has appointed Andrew Molan in the newly created role of head of product and solutions as part of its investment in capability and growth.

This new hire will be the first senior appointment by managing director David Gaskill.

Foxcatcher, a marketing data and technology specialist was launched to the market in October this year.

It works with businesses to realise and unlock the value in their data through technology enablement by focusing on customer data, digital ecosystems, and convergence; and aligning addressable media with CRM, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and ecommerce outcomes.

"I am thrilled to welcome Andrew to the team. His appointment will be instrumental in accelerating Foxcatcher's technical, analytics, and disintermediation solutions and services for our clients and partners," Gaskill says.

"Innovation is at the heart of Foxcatcher, and Andrew's highly technical and strategic skills will enable us to continue our vision of adding value and sustainable growth for clients through streamlined tech and data enablement."

In his new role as the head of product and solutions, Molan will leverage his expertise in developing technical solutions for addressable media, CRM, and performance media to lead the product and solutions function of Foxcatcher.

He will also be responsible for developing and managing bespoke digital platforms and proprietary tools for clients.

He will play a key role in developing the Foxcatcher product suite alongside Gaskill.

Molan leaves his current role as head of technical solutions at Dentsu to join Foxcatcher.

His previous roles include head of technology at Net Media Planet and web developer at CSM Knowledge.

Molan's appointment to the Foxcatcher team is effective from January 2021.

Foxcatcher is part of parent group RyanCap, which Simon Ryan launched in Australia earlier this year.
