Seventh radio ratings: 2GB falls, 3AW rises

Survey 7 radio ratings results from GfK, the official provider of radio ratings for Commercial Radio Australia (CRA), have been released.

In Sydney, 2GB's share fell once again, dropping to 11.6  (down from 12.8 in Survey 6), while KIIS1065 rose to 11.3 (up from 9.5 in Survey 6). Smoothfm 95.3 dropped to 10.3 from 10.9 in Survey 6. For the breakfast slot, 2GB's Ben Fordham fell to 14.8 from 16.9 from 17.1, while the Kyle & Jackie O Show on ARN’s KIIS rose to 14.9 from 12.8.

In Melbourne, 3AW rose slightly to 13.7 (up from 13.4 in Survey 6), while GOLD104.3 fell to 11.5 (down from 11.9 in Survey 6). 3AW Breakfast with Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft saw inched up to 20.5 from 19.30, while GOLD104.3 and The Christian O’Connell Show saw incremental gains, up 10.3 from 10.2.
