ActiveTV has announced it has signed a three-year broadcast agreement with the Seven Network for Woolworths Carols in the Domain.
The event celebrates its 40th anniversary on Saturday, December 17, in its original home, The Domain in Sydney.
Woolworths Carols in the Domain attracted more than 50,000 people on the ground and a national total TV audience of 1.05 million viewers on Channel 7 and 7plus in 2021.
Angus Ross, chief content office of entertainment programming at Seven, said: “Woolworths Carols in the Domain is all about bringing Australians together at Christmas for a family night of feel-good festive fun.
“We are delighted to extend our long and successful relationship with the iconic Australian event and can’t wait to bring the festive magic to viewers with the spectacular 40th anniversary edition on Channel 7 and 7plus later this year.”

Energizer, Disney, SmoothFM, New Idea, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park and Venue partner The Domain and Royal Botanic Gardens Sydneyhave also returned as long-term partners.
