Dentsu Creative ANZ executive creative director Sarah McGregor has exited the business, after almost three years based in Melbourne.
Sources say the decision was made a few weeks ago.
A dentsu AU spokesperson told AdNews this is a sensitive and isolated incident.
"We expect our people to follow our code of conduct and have a duty of care to provide a safe environment for those that chose to work with us," the spokesperson said.
"We tolerate nothing less."
AdNews understands the Kmart pitch is not related to McGregor's exit.
Last week, Dentsu CX agency Merkle's president Kim Douglas left the business after less than five months in the role.
"As a business we require all employees to behave responsibly, respectfully and in compliance with our code of conduct which defines the way we behave and our expectations of our people," a dentsu AU spokesperson told AdNews.
"This helps ensure we build a positive and respectful business culture where everyone can thrive.”
AdNews understands Dentsu's CEO of practices and products in ANZ Kirsty Muddle is now overseeing Merkle.
McGregor is a founding member of The Aunties, a mentoring and events program for women in the creative industries.
AdNews has approached McGregor for comment.
