French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi has put its global media account out to pitch despite the coronavirus pandemic.
Mindshare, part of WPP's media investment arm GroupM, currently handles Sanofi's global media account in most of the world except North America where Havas Media is the incumbent.
Mindshare won the account in 2017, which at the time was reported to be worth $1.9 billion.
The Sanofi portfolio includes brands such as Telfast, Betadine, Buscopan and other consumer healthcare products.
The company is also currently involved in finding a vaccince for for the COVID-19 virus.
Reports say the company has approached all the major holding companies.
