Marketing and communications agency Sabio announced a suite of enhanced work-life balance policies, including a nine day fortnight, reflecting a post-pandemic workplace.
Sabio full-time staff can work their two week contracted hours over nine days, with an extra day off.
A women’s health, paid maternity and paternity leave policy is also being introduced providing support to workers planning for and raising a family, plus support for key milestones along the way, including enhanced compassionate leave and reduced working days (no questions asked) while undergoing fertility treatment, menopause or other circumstances.
Sabio also adds further flexible working hours, increased work from home options and paid birthday leave.
Sabio general manager, Lauren Faulkner, said: “[These] policies reflect our passion for creating an environment that fosters a positive work-life balance, without compromising on the exceptional client servicing we provide – rather amplifying our team spirit and culture.
“We want to support everyone to be their best self at work - whether that means working parents can do school pick-ups, others can start the workday earlier or later in the morning, or structuring their weeks to benefit from a nine-day fortnight.
"Our enhanced policies ensure everyone can make work, work for them and our clients.”
