The South Australian Department of State Development (DSD) is inviting creative agencies to a Request for Quote (RFQ), AdNews can confirm.
The DSD intends to establish a panel of creative services agencies with the capability to deliver a variety of projects from small ad hoc project work through to campaign brand strategy and development, at predetermined rates.
Suppliers may be engaged on a project-by-project basis on an agreed rate card, or invited to collaborate on larger multi stage projects and work programs. However there will be no guarantee on a minimum level or value of work.
The panel will be established as an "open" panel, meaning DSD have at its discretion the option to add or invite new panel members throughout the term of the contract, or remove panel members if they fail to meet performance requirements or due to insolvency.
New panel members may be added to the panel if required, by completing the same application and evaluation process as the initial cohort.
The panel composition will be reviewed annually at a minimum, consideration will also be made upon request from internal and market participants.
The contract is expected to three years with one potential annual extension.
Tender closes at 5pm May 2.
