Independent agency, Rumble Strategic Creative has announced promotions within its core leadership team as the agency continues to grow.
Eddy Gilmour has been promoted to managing director, while Bec McCall and Rhys Venning will assume joint creative director roles.
Rumble founders Remy Brassac, Nancy Hartley and James Burchill say they embarked on a well-planned runway to elevate the trio, and that the team had been working towards assuming greater responsibilities since Gilmour returned to the agency at the start of the year.
“Eddy, Bec and Rhys are part of the very fabric of Rumble, greatly respected and admired by colleagues and clients alike," Brassac says.
"They have energy, ambition, and exceptional talent. We are extremely proud to now have them leading the agency as Rumble grows across borders.”
Gilmour says in her time away from the agency, it has achieved a lot.
“Having returned to Rumble after a short period away, it’s exciting to see what the agency has achieved in that time, particularly the momentum that has been built in light of last year’s events," Gilmour says.
"Teaming up with Bec and Rhys to add greater leadership depth will keep that momentum strong for Rumble, our clients, and our entrepreneurial ventures.”
Rumble is part of the Rumbletown group of agencies: advertising and creative Rumble Strategic Creative, creative and digital Romeo, PR and social media Aruga, media planning and buying Scout Frontier, and SME brand specialists Edison.
