303 MullenLowe Perth's ECD Richard Berney and head of planning John Linton have resigned to start their own agency, according to posts on LinkedIn.
A new chief creative officer for 303 MullenLowe Perth is expected to be announced shortly, along with a number of other internal appointments.
The moves come a number of months after joint managing director Todd Baker departed the agency after 11 years and after 303 MullenLowe lost Edith Cowan University as a client.
Berney joined in 2005 as an art director, taking over as ECD in August 2015. Linton came onboard as a senior strategic planner at the start of 2015, being named as head of planning in June 2019.
Interpublic Group in June 2021 sold a majority of its shareholding in 303 MullenLowe Australia to a New Zealand-based group Attivo.
