Mooning, a digital agency with a focus on Web3 marketing, including NFTs and metaverse activations, has officially launched in Australia.
The agency is part of global agency group Superist, which successfully launched its own NFT project, and is headed by digital marketing pioneer and young rich-lister Nick Bell and award-winning, digital entrepreneur, Lisa Teh.
Bell, a five-time AFR Young Rich Lister, startup investor and founder of 12 global digital agencies: “We saw a gap in the market for an agency that could help brands execute successful NFT and metaverse campaigns.
“NFTs aren't a fad. In three to five year’s time having an NFT strategy will be as common as having a social media strategy.
"The shift to Web3 technology such as NFTs and the metaverse will change the marketing landscape and the creator economy as we know it.
“We’ve had decades of experience in the digital industry, so we will be applying that knowledge to help our clients get first mover advantage in this new space.”
Bell has also invested in land in the metaverse which will be available for Mooning clients to use for Web3 activations and his agencies across the group will be accepting crypto from clients.
Lisa Teh: “The Web3 space is heating up and we’ve barely scratched the surface with the use cases of these digital assets.
“We’ve seen companies try and execute Web3 campaigns but have fallen short as they haven’t understood what is needed to be successful in the space.
"You need to get your hands dirty. You need to be actively engaged in the community, buying, selling, minting NFTs and immersing yourself on the relevant social platforms to know what’s going on.”
NFT sales hit $27 billion in 2021.
