This Is Flow chief strategy officer Catherine Rushton and Sparro data science specialist Jordan Taylor are set to go head-to-head on agency operations in the age of AI.

Rushton and Taylor are the latest speaker additions to ‘AI: Winners & Losers in Adland’, a forensic investigation into the impact of artificial intelligence on agencies, fees, jobs and workflows.

The pair will go head-to-head on how independent agencies should structure their teams, workflows and operations to create efficiencies and outcomes through AI.

With global network agencies investing up to $300 million a year in AI development, the half-day conference will investigate all areas of the adland ecosystem.

GroupM Australia CEO Aimee Buchanan, Omnicom Media Group CEO Peter Horgan, UM CEO Anathea Ruys and Publicis Groupe ANZ Chief Creative Officer Dave Bowman will weigh in on the group investment strategy as part of a power panel.

Other sessions include the impact of AI on agency fees and pitching (TrinityP3 MD Darren Woolley), a forecast on potential job losses and recruitment (Forrester principal analyst Xiaofeng Wang) and a joint presentation between Woolworths MarketPlus CMO Ryan Gracie and Ryvalmedia head of innovation Jonathan Henshaw on the dangers and successes of AI-led implementations.
