Today marks the eigth and final radio ratings of 2018, including digital radio ratings, with results representing September 30 to December 8.
The charts below (click to expand) show ratings across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Sydney
2GB finished the year on top in the Sydney market, with a 13.9% audience share, despite a slight decrease of 0.2% since the previous survey.
In second place is Nova Entertainment's Smooth FM, which took an audience share of 9.1%. It continued its growth in audience by 0.3%.
It's followed by Kiis106.5 in third place, with an audience share of 8.8%.
In fourth was WSFM with 8.7% of the audience share, although it did stop the loss of listeners for the final survey of the year.
Breakfast breakdown
Macquarie Media's 2GB also retained the top breakfast slot with a 16.5% audience share, down by 1% since November.
Kyle and Jackie O came in second, holding onto the number one position for FM commercial radio breakfast with an audience size of 10.5%, down 0.2% since the last survey.
In third for commercial breakfast is WSFM with 9% of the audience share, a slight increase of 1.8% since November.
It was followed by Nova 96.9, which increased its listenership by 1.3% to 8.4%.
Smooth FM came in fifth, with 7.1% of the audience and was followed by 104.9 Triple M with 6.2% of the audience.
The struggling 104.1 2Day FM came in eighth with 4.6% of the audience share, behind 2JJJ.
Drive time action
Nova 96.9 retained its top spot in the drive time slot with 12.6% of the audience, a slight increase of 0.8% since the previous survey.
In second for commercial radio is Smooth with an unchanged audience share of 9.2%.
It's followed by Kiis, which has 8.4% of the audience, also unchanged since the November survey.
In fourth is 2GB, which lost 0.7% of its audience, down to 8.2%.
WSFM came in sixth, taking 8.1% of the audience, down by 0.5%.
Digital radio wars
ABC Jazz remained the number one digital radio with 89,000 listeners, despite losing 25,000 listeners.
In second is Edge Digital with 83,000 listeners, up by 1,000.
In third is The 80s iHeartRadio, followed by MMM Classic Rock with 66,000 and 63,000 respectively.
Melbourne:
In the eighth radio ratings of the year total listeners in the Melbourne market, 3AW remained number one with a 14.8% audience share, growing by 0.3 percentage points since survey six.
In the FM battle, Nova's Smooth FM 91.5 took out the second spot for total audience share, reaching 10.6%, with a slight lift of 0.8 percentage points.
ARN's Gold 104.3 and SCA's 101.9 Fox FM came in a close third and fourth with an audience share of 9.7% and 9.6% respectively.
Next up was Nova 100 with a 7.5% share, up 0.8 percentage points, followed by Triple M with 6.8%, down 0.3 percentage points.
Breakfast breakdown
Macquarie Media's 3AW won the radio breakfast slot battle, despite a decline of 0.4 percentage points, with a 19.4% audience share.
SCA's Fox FM breakfast show trio of Fifi, Fev and Bryon held firm in second position, with its audience share bouncing back from last ratings by 0.5 percentage points, taking its audience share to 9.5%.
Mike Perso and Jennifer Hansen on Smooth FM's More Music Breakfast Show came in third with 8.9%, growing its share by 0.8 percentage points.
ARN's Gold 104.3 breakfast show, featuring UK radio personality Chris O'Connell, held in fourth after an increase of 0.5 percentage points, reaching 8.3%.
Triple M's Hot Breakfast Show with Eddie McGuire remained in fifth position, garnering an audience share of 8.3%, up 0.6 percentage points from last survey.
They were followed by Nova 100's Chrissie, Sam & Browny show with a 7.4% audience share, down 0.4 percentage points. Kiis came in behind Nova, 5.7% share.
Drive time action
In the drive slot, Fox FM's drive show duos, Carrie & Tommy followed by Hughesy and Kate, shared strong the top spot with 3AW, with the FM and AM stations each taking 11% audience share.
In second place was Smooth FM, with drive host Byron Webb taking a 10.2% audience share, following a lift of 0.6 percentage points.
Gold 104.3's Gavin Miller and Nova 100's Kate, Tim & Marty came in equal third place with a 9.8% audience share, growing by 0.3 and 1.4 percentage points respectively.
Triple M came in fourth place, with a 7.3% share, while Kiis trailed in last place, with a 6.2% share, growing by 0.5 percentage points.
Digital disruption
The latest round of ratings was also the eigth inclusion of digital radio ratings for Melbourne. In total people, Double J had the highest audience, reaching a total audience of 65,000, dropping off by 4000 listeners.
Coles Radio slipped to second place alongside MMM Classic Rock with 59,000 total listeners, with Coles Radio declining by 17,000 listeners.
In third place was SCA's Old Skool Hits with 54,000 listeners, dropping off by 14,000 listeners.
