Pureprofile acquires i-Link Research Solutions

ASX-listed data and insights company Pureprofile has acquired online field and data collection company i-Link Research Solutions for $1.25 million.

The acquisition will be financed through cash reserves and is expected to complete today.

i-Link’s founders Chris Rowen and Scott Clark will be retiring from the business. 

The assets include a team of 17 professionals based in Sydney, the Philippines, India and Malaysia. The acquisition also includes a portfolio of  panellists (LiveTribe), technology platforms and software, as well as relationships with over 50 clients.

"We see strong synergies and opportunities in this acquisition, and are hugely excited to leverage our combined expertise to drive our collective growth in the dynamic and fast-growing data and insights market,” said Pureprofile MD Martin Filz.
