Triton Digital’s Podcast Ranker for June has been released, with Hamish & Andy (LiSTNR [SCA]) retaining top spot again on both the Top 100 Ranker and Top 100 All-Australian Ranker.
With 971,617 monthly listeners, the show finished significantly ahead of its competitors; Audioboom’s Casefile True Crime came in at second with 806,523 monthly listeners.
The Kyle & Jackie O Show, from ARN/iHeart, finished in third place in both lists, with 501,226 monthly listeners, enough to bump the podcast up two spots from May.
The Teacher’s Trial, by News Corp Australia, jumped 15 spots from May’s ranking to claim number six on the Top 100 Ranker and moved up nine spots on the Top 100 All-Australian Ranker to also finish at number six.
ARN/iHeart's Stuff You Should Know was the only podcast – apart from Hamish & Andy - to crack the 2 million monthly download mark, with over 2.6 million for June.
The top three publishers remain unchanged from May, with ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia in first, LiSTNR (SCA) in second, and Audioboom in third. ARN claimed over 3.6 million monthly listeners and over 18.5 million monthly downloads.
The Ranker provides insight into the Top 100 Podcasts as well as the Top 10 Publishers in Australia from 1 June through 31 June, 2022, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.
