It’s hard to keep track of the account wins and losses across the industry. To help you keep on top of who has what, here’s a wrap of the pitches from the week.

Plush Sofas
Initiative Melbourne has won a competitive pitch for the national Plush Sofas media account. The assignment is effective immediately. The pitch was conducted with client and agency teams in the same room, as against video presentations which became standard during the pandemic.

1800-GOT-JUNK?
Sydney independent full-service agency This is Flow has added 1800-GOT-JUNK? to its growing portfolio of clients. This Is Flow was appointed as the company's Australian media agency following collaboration with overseas holding group MDC Partners, who own Assembly, Gale Agency and local creative agency 72andSunny. The agency was invited to present to the 1800-GOT-JUNK? head office in Canada, alongside local state franchise partners. The account includes the planning and buying of media for each franchise partner across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth, who had previously bought media directly.

atWork
Independent agency Archibald Williams has won the atWork Australia creative account, following a competitive pitch. This is the first time atWork Australia has used the services of an agency for above the line messaging. Archibald Williams will handle TV, OOH, digital and social media for the account and will launch a new campaign this week. The agency has been tasked with launching the new employment services campaign, highlighting that work is for everyone.

Q-Chef
Miroma Project Factory is launching Q-Chef this week. The Q-Chef mobile app is an AI food surprise engine that will assist in expanding your palate with meal and food suggestions tailored to your personal preferences. Working alongside the University of Sydney, the research project is designed to encourage people to be more experimental and adventurous by broadening their diet and including less familiar foods.
