Bohemia wins Shift media pitch
Fintech Shift has awarded Bohemia its strategy, media planning and buying business following a competitive media pitch. Shift is an Australian technology company disrupting the B2B credit and payments market. Bohemia, beginning with radio and digital, will roll out a campaign over the coming 12 months, centring on Shift’s customer purpose, “We’re for doing business better.” 

Spark Foundry, Initiative, OMD and Kaimera win Yahoo Academy pitch-off
Yahoo’s industry-leading talent program, Yahoo Academy, has wrapped after two days, concluding with a pitch-off for youth charity Whitelion. The winning team - Joshua Green (Spark Foundry), Vanessa Metelovski (Initiative), Rebecca Williams (OMD) and Sarah Mushan (Kaimera) - will be heading to Advertising Week New York after successfully selling their idea to judges.

R3 acquires Adbrands
Independent marketing consultancy R3, which aggregates agency new business wins to create a pitch league, has acquired advertising intelligence platform Adbrands.net. The acquisition marks a continuation in R3's investment in the analysis of the marketing landscape and tracking of client-agency partnerships.

Windsorborn wins Wesley Mission Queensland account
Wesley Mission Queensland has appointed Windsorborn as its creative performance agency effective immediately. Wesley Mission Queensland will start work with Windsorborn to create a best-in-class website for visibility and performance.

HERO wins Calbee Australia pitch
Independent agency HERO had been appointed lead creative agency for Japanese snacking giant Calbee Australia, , following a competitive pitch against incumbent Thinkerbell. HERO will take on creative duties across the Calbee Australia existing portfolio, including iconic snacks Harvest Snaps and Melts, as well as a range of exciting new product launches.

Havas Village Sydney wins Tourism Fiji pitch
Tourism Fiji, the destination marketing organisational arm of the Fijian government, has appointed Host/Havas (creative and CX/digital) and Havas Media (media) following a highly competitive pitch process. An integrated team will support the country’s post pandemic recovery as a destination, and implementation of Tourism Fiji’s strategic plan.

Next&Co wins SEO pitch for ecommerce provider New Aim
Independent digital agency Next&Co has been appointed to SEO strategy for two arms of Australian ecommerce business New Aim, as the company continues expansion into the Asia-Pacific market. Next&Co will work on SEO for New Aim’s online furniture brand Artiss and its B2B marketplace Dropshipzone, following a competitive pitch process facilitated by marketing consultancy Hustle.

Alley wins Wilson and Salomon pitch
Alley Group, part of independent media agency Nunn Media, has been appointed by global sporting apparel and equipment brands Wilson and Salomon following a five way pitch. Alley will manage all performance media strategy, planning and execution to drive new and existing customers to the Wilson and Salomon eCommerce platforms.
