Digital and creative marketing agency WiredCo. took its team on a three-day work trip to an estate.
David Kennedy partner at WiredCo. told AdNews: "We’ve grown so much these last two years, and with 15 new people this year alone, we thought it a good investment if we took everyone away to get to know each other properly.
"So Wiredfest 22 was born; three days at an estate where we could let off lots of steam, hear from a guest speaker about resilience in the acting world and how it applies to our world, and test our skills by tackling a brief together that got us firmly outside of our comfort zones.
"The feedback from the team, and even our clients and partners, has been phenomenal.
"Hopefully for our people, it's created an extremely memorable experience that helps them in some way.
"Bring on Wiredfest 23!"
