Mindshare's Melbourne office held the agency's annual Meet pitch off, with this year’s real client brief from Nike.
The Mindshare Meet is an internal pitch off where its young guns across the office get the chance to experience pitching for the first time.
Seven teams with mentors went head to head trying to impress the judging panel, with Team 2 taking out the victory. The team was led by captain Martin Muller and team mentor Jasmine Lee, along with Taylor Cain, Kezia Maria, Nathaniela Pranoto and Eliana Romero.
Maria Grivas, Mindshare CEO ANZ, told AdNews: “Mindshare Meet is a fabulous initiative from our team in Melbourne. As an agency we know pitching puts us all to the test.
"It stretches us, pushes us to pressure test our ideas and we learn how to collaborate better, work on the fly, and deliver great work that lives up to our values of energy, empathy and impact.
"Mindshare Meet recreated all that within an immersive learning experience designed to give our rising stars an opportunity to experience the hustle of a pitch and expand their skillsets.
"There was so much great thinking, brave presenting and dedication from all the teams and Nike were a fantastic partner. Our Melbourne team really brought the energy of a pitch to life.”
