Blis’ inter-agency mixology competition returned this year, with five agencies progressing to the grand finale.

The media event, which began in 2016, returned after a two year hiatus, giving budding agency mixologists the chance to shake their way into Blis Golden Shaker history books.

Apparent, Co.gency, iProspect, Pearman Media and Starcom went head-to-head to create their best summer cocktail, joined by more than 150 agency guests.

To take the win, finalist mixologists were asked to bring creativity, flair, competitive spirit and flavour to the finale.

Co.gency took out the 2022 Blis Golden Shaker trophy with a watermelon cocktail.

Emma-Jayne Owens, managing director Blis APAC, said, “It was a difficult and very tight decision for the judges on the night, with five agencies bringing all the creativity and competitive spirit we had hoped for and more!

"In the end, Co.gency’s watermelon infusion cocktail was a true stand out. It’s great to be bringing this flagship Blis event back to the industry calendar, we can’t wait to see if Co.agency will defend their claim or if we’ll have a new contender for next year’s trophy.”
