Outdoor Advertising Collective (OA Collective) has launched, uniting over 14 independent out-of-home (OOH) owners to offer advertisers and brands access to a network of assets, predominantly large format billboards, across Australia and New Zealand.

Partners currently include Big Outdoor, Australian Outdoor Sign Company, Australian Outdoor Media and Go Media.

Co-founded by industry figures Grant Kirkby and Warren Moore, who boast a combined 40 years of experience in OOH and various technology and media sectors between them, OA Collective introduces a model that makes it easier for advertisers to buy and access OOH assets all from one place.

The platform also offers centralised selling, access to joint marketing efforts and distribution agreements.

Kirkby said what sets OA Collective's model apart is that the company doesn't own any OOH assets itself, so it isn't prioritising and pushing revenue to its owned assets.

"Instead, we're solely focused on providing brands and advertisers with the optimal solution for their needs, unlocking new opportunities for independent OOH owners by giving them a seat at the table with national advertisers," he said.
