Omnicom Media Group (OMG) has promoted Marelle Salib to chief media partnerships officer.
Salib, who has been at OMD 14 years, replaces Kristiaan Kroon following his promotion to COO.
Jane Combes becomes OMD's chief media partnerships officer, replacing Salib.
Simon Flaxman will broaden his responsibilities as chief commercial officer to include Content, Research and Data. Flaxman has been instrumental behind the success of OMG Connect and OMnet, driving commercial innovation and performance.
Alex Pacey, who transitioned from PHD to OMG three years ago, has played a critical role in leading the group’s capabilities as chief product officer. His depth of experience and focus on leveraging Omnicom’s market-leading proprietary Omni platform, while developing complementary products that cater for the nuances of the Australian market.
Salib also joins the OMG Australian Executive Committee, alongside Flaxman and Pacey.
Kristiaan Kroon said the promotions demonstrate unwavering focus on fostering talent from within.
