Out-of-home (OOH) verification company OIS has appointed Adam Rowe as partnerships director.

Rowe will draw upon his extensive experience to help support publishers, platforms and advertisers in creating a more frictionless environment and enable OIS to continue to develop a product that delivers results for its clients.

Rowe was previously campaign implementation director at oOh! media, where he spent the past nine years.

In his role, Rowe managed the team responsible for 14,000+ campaigns a year across 35,000 classic and digital assets in multiple environments. He was also a member of the Outdoor Media Association’s Outdoor Verification sub-committee.

OIS CEO and founder Justin Singh said: “As the out-of-home medium has grown and innovated, Adam has been a part of that maturation and has first-hand experience in understanding both the rapid change of the industry but also the challenges that are faced by publishers.

"He has been a trusted advisor to some of the world's leading media agencies, publishers and platforms. Ethics is one of the core prerequisites when joining the OIS team, and Adam is renowned for this and his leadership skills.

Rowe said: “Based on my own experience, it was an easy decision to join the OIS team for the next chapter of my career in the dynamically growing OOH sector.

"I'm looking forward to utilising my experiences to provide unique insight to support both advertisers and publishers with scalable and innovative means for ad serving, campaign management and transparency.”

Rowe’s appointment follows that of Cecilia Dinis as client success director as OIS rapidly expands its footprint in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
