Outdoor specialist OA Collective has named Ashleah Harding in the new role of agency sales director (southern states).

She was most recently head of agency sales for VIC, SA and WA for Woolworths' Group Cartology.

Her career has also spanned leadership roles at Nine Entertainment Group and Fairfax Media.

OA Collective, which launched late last month, unites over 14 independent out-of-home (OOH) owners to offer advertisers and brands access to a network of assets, predominantly large format billboards, across Australia and New Zealand.

OA Collective co-founder, Grant Kirkby, said the appointment signifies a pivotal moment for OA Collective as the company continue to expand its OOH network, particularly across the critical southern region.

"Her role is focused on delivering excellence through market-leading OOH media campaigns across our newly established network of premium independent out-of-home assets across Australia and New Zealand," he said.
