NP Digital, a global performance marketing agency founded by Neil Patel, has appointed Ash Dharan as senior director, performance, in Australia.
She will lead the agency’s expansion into the region by supporting current and new clients to move away from traditional marketing approaches and embrace comprehensive integrated strategies.
Originally from New Zealand, Dharan has accumulated 13 years of experience working in marketing across various countries, including France, UK, the Maldives, and ANZ. Her diverse background spans multiple industries, including wine, FMCG, consumer durables, and travel.
Dharan said digital penetration rates in Australia are booming - with social media and video-on-demand seeing a huge uplift - however, this surge also brings forth a fragmented and intricate ecosystem for brands to navigate.
"We want to enable brands to harness the power of performance marketing to unify their efforts and achieve maximum ROI through an integrated approach. I’m thrilled to be a part of this high-performing company and look forward to tackling challenges, alongside a talented, high-calibre team," said Dharan.
Guy Jarvie, GM of ANZ at NP Digital, said the company aims to redefine success in the digital marketing ecosystem by shifting the focus from vanity metrics to results that fuel profitable growth and scalability.
"By leveraging Ash’s vast industry experience, data-driven strategies and analytical prowess, we want to empower Australian businesses to disrupt and gain a formidable competitive edge," said Jarvie.
NP Digital Australia currently has a total headcount of twenty employees.
