Memo Hayek, Nine's chief information & technology officer, is departing following a restructure.
She came to Nine in March 2023 from the Commonwealth Bank.
Alex Parsons, chief digital officer, told staff in a memo that Bec Haagsma has been named chief product & technology officer.
"We are aligning our Product Engineering and Product Management teams together into a newly formed Product & Technology organisation," Parsons told staff.
"This change recognises the inherent connection between Product Management and Product Engineering and their critical partnership in driving our future business success.
"Bec Haagsma has been named as Nine’s Chief Product & Technology Officer, and regrettably as part of the re-alignment, Memo's role has been made redundant."
