Nick Durrant is the new managing director of MAGNA, the IPG Mediabrands’s media intelligence and investment division, in Australia.
He has been general manager of investment at MAGNA since February last year and takes the managing director role after leading many primary decisions in clients’ media investments in a turbulent 2020.
“We have clear opportunities to radically evolve our investment product, taking full advantage of the dramatic shifts in consumer behaviour we have seen over the past 18 months," says Durrant.
"I am delighted that I will be able to play a part in shaping how Mediabrands harness these changes to accelerate returns for our clients.”
Durrant is a former chief partnerships and investments officer at Initiative and national general manager of trading at News Corp.
