Get ready to end your Dry July early media industry networkers as Media Thursdays is on this week with the second round of its DJ competition. This months’ event will feature DJ’s from Mediacom, HM Communications Group, Starcom, William Hill and more, battling it out for a ticket to Ibiza. The media disk jockey's are being judged on how well they can “splendour their sets”, with a Splendour in the Grass theme meaning the competitors are encouraged to include artists from the upcoming music festival.
As usual it’s a great chance to network with people from all levels of the media, creative, digital and PR – even clients have been sending through their RSVP’s so prepare for a big night. Also this month, you have the chance to win the “Biggest Bar Tab”, so make sure to head to the Burdekin Hotel this Thursday 21 July at 6pm.
