Nature expands Melbourne and Sydney with eight hires

Strategic insights consultancy Nature has added eight team members to its Melbourne and Sydney offices.

Joe Curran joins Nature in the newly created position of head of operations. He brings with him over a decade of experience across research, product management, and operations at Ipsos. At Nature, Curran’s role will be focussed on Information Security, ISO, Quality Assurance processes, privacy, client sample management, products/solutions and project efficiency. 

Bayee Wang has become the first marketing sciences addition in the practice at Nature Sydney. He was most recently at Hall & Partners, where he focused on advanced quantitative methodologies such as segmentation, pricing, and developing new research solutions through quantitative modelling.

Laura Shepherd was named associate director after 6 years with BrandMatters, while Nature welcomed back senior consultant Jackie Erny after she spent a year abroad.

Nina Kerr joins Nature team from The Research Agency (TRA) in New Zealand as a consultant and brings a passion for designing customised approaches to client challenges problems. Jake Rainbird comes across from Edelman DXI as a consultant to the Melbourne Team, joining from London.

Nature also welcomed Maxi Steinkamp as office manager and Bree Lockie as accounts assistant.

Trudi Sampola, Nature's director of people and culture, said the consultancy has an ‘always on’ approach to finding the very best people for the business.
