Angela Tangas to run dentsu UK
The CEO of dentsu Australia and New Zealand, Angela Tangas. has been named chief executive in the UK and Ireland, the global agency's second largest market in media, creative and CXM brands. She take up her new role on September 1. Her successor in dentsu ANZ, will be announced later.
Simon Langley goes to Bastion as chief creative officer
Simon Langley is moving, after two years at Edge, to independent agency Bastion as group chief creative officer and partner. Langley joins national chief strategy officer Angela Morris, Sydney managing partner Ana Lynch and CEO Mike Godwin on the leadership team.
Hannah Rowley client services director Mindshare NZ
GroupM New Zealand named Hannah Rowley client services director at Mindshare and drive its Good Growth proposition. Rowley has been promoted from within, and will take on overall leadership for Mindshare in New Zealand supported by a team of specialists and experts in the agency, and in GroupM.
Wavemaker promotes Phil Mumford to managing director
GroupM agency Wavemaker has promoted Phil Mumford to Adelaide managing director. Mumford will lead the agency, which has long-standing relationships with clients including Mitsubishi Motors, Government of South Australia, Bridgestone, San Remo, UniSA and South Australian Tourism, and be part of Wavemaker’s national leadership team.
Audience Precision hires Monie Montefusco
Media strategy consultancy and technology business Audience Precision has appointed former The Media Store strategy head Monia Montefusco as client partner.
Tony Wilkson joins start-up talent agency
Radio executive Tony Wilkinson has joined specialist marketing agency Talent Corp, in the newly created role of commercial director. Tony Wilkinson previously held senior leadership positions at SCA, Macquarie Media.

Imogen Hewitt takes on Spark Foundry NZ
Publicis Groupe ANZ has announced several key senior appointments to the Spark Foundry New Zealand team. Imogen Hewitt, current CEO of Spark Foundry Australia, has been appointed to the role of ANZ CEO of Spark Foundry. Hewitt has spent the last 20 years in media and creative agencies both in Australia and South-East Asia.
Nick Zonnios joins CHEP Network
CHEP Network has appointed Nick Zonnios as director of CHEP PR.
Nick joins from Clemenger BBDO, where he established and led the Clemenger PR team for the past five years. Zonnios has worked across clients including ANZ, Barbie, Carlton & United Breweries, Doritos, Flybuys, Officeworks, Origin Energy and Telstra.
Toby Hemming joins Little Black Book as APAC MD
Little Black Book (LBB), a communication platform for creative industries, has appointed Toby Hemming as APAC managing director. His appointment follows an international career in both agency and brand communications.
