Mindshare promotes Nik Doble to chief investment officer

Doble will be responsible for the Sydney and Melbourne investment teams, working with GroupM chief investment officer Melissa Hey to oversee a client portfolio including Unilever, Foxtel, NAB and Nike.

Omnicom Media Group splits New Zealand and Australia CEO roles

This marks the separation under a combined ANZ leadership team, with OMG’s New Zealand operations having executive oversight as a stand-alone market.

SCA cuts jobs

The level of redundancies is not known.

Ogilvy hires Max McKeon as ECD of Sydney

He joins from Special where he worked on brands including Uber Eats, Kayo Sports and Pepsi for the past four years. 

IAB names Suzie Cardwell chair

She succeeds Vanya Mariani, who stepped down from the IAB Board following her departure from carsales.

Joanna Lilley becomes Enigma's Sydney MD

Lilley spent seven years in senior leadership roles at brand and design agency Houston Group.

Whitney Bettanin joins Blobfish International as sales director

Most recently, she spent seven years at Nine as group business director. Prior to this, she held senior roles at Yahoo7, managing client relationships and the business’ broader marketing team.

Creative Natives appoints Vicky Drake general manager

She started her career working agency-side at BMF, DDB, Leo Burnett and The Monkeys before venturing client-side at Virgin Money and eventually starting her own recruitment business. 

Mars United Commerce names Kelly Wearmouth as MD for ANZ

She joins from Amazon, where she spent 10 years in global, US, UK and ANZ-market roles. The appointment comes after the commerce company joined the Publicis Groupe in September 2024 after rebranding from The Mars Agency.

MiQ appoints Addy Cutts as commercial director for southeast Asia

Cutts has enjoyed a two-decade long career in the tech, programmatic, media and digital advertising sectors across the UK and Singapore markets. He has most recently at Oracle Advertising as its regional director for JAPAC.

AHB Group brings former Dominos CMO onboard

AHB Group, Victoria’s second-largest home builder, has appointed Todd Reilly, former APAC CMO for Domino’s, as its new CMO. His expertise spans integrated media, campaign strategy, and merging physical retail with e-commerce platforms.

Lucas Gimenez Polcheira is Capella Sydney's new director of sales and marketing

Polcheira will oversee all aspects of the five-star hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on expanding the hotel’s market reach, driving revenue across multiple channels, and fostering key partnerships. He joins from Accor, where he served as the commercial director at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
