It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

A new head of Publicis Groupe APAC

Jane Lin-Baden has been named CEO of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region -- includign Australia/NZ -- for Publicis Groupe. The current head of North Asia adds oversight of South Asia, Australia/New Zealand and South-East Asia.

Julie Dormand becomes The Works' first managing director
The Works, part of Capgemini, has promoted Julie Dormand to the newly created role of managing director. Dormand, previously managing partner on a contract basis providing maternity cover for Kristie Thistlewaite, will stay on at the agency permanently.

Samsung Ads' Deb Stambaugh becomes CMO for Quantcast
Advertising technology company Quantcast has appointed Deb Stambaugh chief marketing officer.
Stambaugh, reporting to Quantcast CEO Konrad Feldman, will draw on her experience in adtech, enterprise technology and marketing leadership to grow the brand and deliver innovative solutions to enhance customer value.

Convo Ink appoints ARN’s Lena Rapley to head of sales
Convo Ink has appointed Lena Rapley into the newly created role of head of sales as the content marketing platform drives business growth. Rapley joins Convo Ink from ARN, where for more than 12 years, she held multiple leadership roles including head of client solutions and commercial partnerships director.

Jellysmack's Ezechiel Ritchie promoted to APAC general manager
Jellysmack's ANZ and SEA country manager Ezechiel Ritchie has taken on an expanded regional role at the content creator company as general manager of APAC. Ritchie, who joined Jellysmack last year, previously held executive roles at Google and Taboola, and was at the helm when Jellysmack launched its Creator Program in Australia last October.

Nature adds five to its Melbourne team
Strategic insights consultancy Nature has added five staff to its Melbourne office, including three associate directors, a head of marketing and a design specialist. Katy Oakley, previously at Ivy Street Agency as strategy director, is head of marketing. Mikayla Samuels is associate director after 10 years with Kantar in Australia, the UK and Europe. Khushboo Pandey is associate director, joining from The Evolved Group with over 15 years’ experience. Sophie Wallis joins as associate director. Rachel Leticia also recently joined as design specialist, and was previously on the design team at Forethought.

Mediabrands appoints Olivia Warren to executive leadership team
Olivia Warren, the managing director of Mediabrands' content studio (MBCS), has been appointed to the executive leadership team (ELT).

Arthur Sadoun's new management team at Publicis
Arthur Sadoun, with his tenure as CEO fo Public Groupe extended, has created a new management team. The advertising group's Supervisory Board announced the mandate of Arthur Sadoun as chairman (Président du Directoire) and CEO of Publicis Groupe is renewed for four years.

Host/Havas adds six to creative department
Host/Havas adds six new hires to the creative and design department, following a string of wins including the hotly contested global Tourism Fiji pitch. Senior creatives Anastasia Simone and Jay Lee join from Leo Burnett Hong Kong, Formerly at Ogilvy and It’s Friday, Ash Myburgh is a senior creative and Josh Bell, a graduate of D&AD Shift 2022, joins as a junior creative and content creator across the Havas Creative Group. Senior designers Kristen Burnshaw and Daniel Conway join the design department headed by Nic Adamovich, whose work on Palau Pledge was awarded the D&AD Black Pencil of the Decade for Design.

Tribal Australia promotes Kenny McLeod
DDB Group’s Tribal has promoted Kenny McLeod to head of customer experience on the Volkswagen Group account. McLeod joined DDB Group’s digital experience arm in 2019 as group business director for Volkswagen Group, and now will assume a leadership role on the account, working alongside managing partner Nick Russo.
