It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out the biggest moves in adland this week.

A new CEO of Bohemia Australia

Paul (Hutch) Hutchison, will become CEO of Bohemia Australia, after four years as chief executive of Wavemaker UK. The appointment comes after a global search to replace Bohemia founder and CEO Brett Dawson who announced his plans in March to take on a broader remit within the AUNZ Group.

John Gutteridge national CEO at Enigma
Enigma, has appointed former Wunderman Thompson CEO John Gutteridge to the newly created role of national CEO.
Gutteridge, who also becomes an equity partner in Enigma, will work closely with Enigma founder and director, Lisa Sutton Gardner, to grow the agency’s services, capabilities, and clients across its Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane offices.

Xandr's new local MD makes key senior appointments
Xandr has made three key senior appointments, the first under new ANZ managing director Nicole Prior.
Mark Serhan is appointed to the newly created role of commercial director, Philip Coetzee becomes associate director – product management, and Archana Ganesh becomes associate director – APAC product support lead.

Tina Andrew promoted to commercial director of 9Now

Nine has promoted Tina Andrew to the newly created role of commercial director of 9Now. The move from digital group business manager will see her grow the commercial potential of the platform as it enters a period of innovation and growth.

Edge expands media team
Creative agency Edge has expanded its media team to service its growing business. Ryan Johnstone joins as media director to lead the planning and buying team and work alongside Caitlin Ammann, Edge’s planning director. Anushka Khemka joins as senior media executive and Kate McGregor joins as media executive after impressing during her participation in Edge’s intern program last year.

Forethought promotes Rebekah Antonucci to director of education
Marketing advisory, strategy and analytics firm Forethought has promoted Rebekah Antonucci director of education.
Antonucci has had various roles, including in business analytics and consulting, in her eight years at Forethought.

Fransisco Frances joins Cannel Factory
Channel Factory announced the strengthening of its Australian team with appointments in Sydney and Melbourne.
Fransisco Frances, based in Sydney, joins as head of client services ANZ, with more than 10 years of experience in programmatic.

Chris Burt-Allan joins Social Soup
Chris Burt-Allan has been appointed to the role of creator director at The Influence Group's Social Soup. Burt-Allan brings 15 years’ of corporate and marketing experience to Social Soup and its clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Audience Precision appoints head of data science and research coordinator 
Media strategy consultancy and technology business Audience Precision announces the promotion of Sundeep ‘Sunny’ Paidipally to head of data science, along with the recruitment of a new research coordinator.

Dylan Gibbs joins the Coles media team
The Coles Media team has appointed Dylan Gibbs products and platform manager.
Gibbs joins Coles from iSelect where he has been working as a senior product manager responsible for the unification of all iSelect’s web experiences to, in turn, increase customer satisfaction and trust.

Spark Foundry's two key appointments
Spark Foundry has announced two key promotions, aimed at further strengthening its investment and digital capabilities.
Sue-Ellen Osborn moves from group activation director to Sydney head of investment. Greg Cattelain, formerly national head of programmatic, is now national head of biddable.

Amplify announces three senior promotions
Amplify announced a string of senior promotions. Tim Baggott becomes executive creative director, after three years as creative director. Karina Munoz has been promoted to head of clients, following two years as business director. Claire Hewitt steps up to executive producer, from the senior producer role she held for three years.

VERSA appoints client strategy partner
Conversational agency VERSA appoints Jen Cerqualia to the newly created role of client strategy partner. Cerqualia is a digital pioneer with 25 years’ experience in digital management for local, state, and federal government, not-for-profits, the private sector, and digital agencies.

Broadsheet appoints two senior directors
Broadsheet Media has bolstered its sales and partnerships team with two senior promotions following a stream of new client wins. Christina Voss returns to Broadsheet after maternity leave to a newly created role as strategy and solutions director, which will be part of Whitaker's commercial team. Michila Macleod has been appointed the national sales and partnerships director, a role she filled while Voss was on maternity leave.

Richard O’Sullivan heads agency partnerships APAC
Richard O’Sullivan, InMobi's GM Australia, has had his role expanded to VP of agency partnerships in Asia Pacific. He will leverage his expertise in forming long-term strategic agency partnerships within ANZ to help drive deeper and more extensive partnerships across the entire region.

Former Havas executive Michaela Aguilar joins Acoustic 

MarTech leader Acoustic appoints Michaela Aguilar as head of business partnership ecosystem. Aguilar will be responsible for business development and expansion, working with partners and the Acoustic team to create new revenue opportunities in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Aguilar joins Acoustic from agency holding group Havas where she was head of customer experience and analytics, helping to integrate contemporary digital skills and processes within its media agency.
