It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Sylvia D’Souza appointed Seven's head of reality
The Seven Network has appointedt Sylvia D’Souza to the new role of head of reality. D’Souza, teporting to Seven’s director of production, Andrew Backwell, will be responsible for the network’s slate of reality programs, including MKR, Farmer Wants A Wife, SAS Australia, Kitchen Nightmares, Border Security – Australia’s Front Line and several new shows for 2023 to been announced.

NewsCorp's Michael Knox to become ECD at Think HQ
Think HQ has appointed Michael Knox to the newly created role of executive creative director.
Knox will be working across all disciplines and teams at Think HQ to push and elevate the work, create famous campaigns on any channel and lead and mentor people. A key component of Knox's role will also involve him working closely with clients.

Brad Bennett joins Paper Moose
Creative agency Paper Moose has appointed Brad Bennett as the head of digital strategy & experience design. Bennett will lead the growing digital team and expand the agency’s strategic offering working alongside James Sykes, head of strategy.

Lilian Sor is CHEP's new chief strategy officer
CHEP Network has appointed Lilian Sor chief strategy officer, overseeing the strategy and planning function across the network. Sor brings with her a wealth of experience, having spent time in strategic marketing functions client-side, digital and CX focused roles.

Damiano Di Pietro moves to Perth as GM Wunderman Thompson
Wunderman Thompson Australia has appointed Damiano Di Pietro general manager of its Perth office.
Formerly the group business director at Saatchi & Saatchi based in Melbourne, he led the Toyota account.

MiQ promotes Fiona Roberts to ANZ managing director
MiQ’s commercial director Fiona Roberts has been promoted to ANZ managing director.
Roberts joined MiQ in 2018 as commercial director, spearheading the company’s growth to expand to all five capital cities and leading a team of more than 50 people.

Resolution Australia's Ronny Raichura joins Impressive Digital
Independent media agency Impressive Digital has appointed Ronny Raichura general manager.
Raichura joins from his previous role as head of digital activation at Resolution Australia where he worked on a range of digital marketing initiatives.

Georgie Theologedis joins MOOD as general manager
UnLtd has appointed Georgie Theologedis as general manager for MOOD, the media, marketing and advertising industry’s social enterprise that funds programs to support youth mental health.

TAFE NSW's Dan Baker joins Sparro
Independent digital agency Sparro has bolstered its data capability, with Dan Baker joining the team as product director.
Baker will work with the Data Lead and team of four data scientists to expand Sparro’s data offering.

VMO appoints Sabarish Chirakkal programmatic director
Val Morgan Outdoor (VMO) has appointed Sabarish Chirakkal programmatic director.
Chirakkal has 10 years experience, working across programmatic media in ANZ and SEA.

Commercial Radio Australia appoints John Musgrove head of research
John Musgrove, head of insights and research at industry Commercial Radio Australia (CRA), has been appointed to a new role, head of research.
Musgrove will start in the role on August 8 and will report directly to the CEO. He will continue to provide some consulting services for SCA.

Nielsen's Rob Gilby appointed CEO APAC at dentsu
Dentsu International gas appointed Rob Gilby CEO APAC. He joins from Nielsen where he is president, APAC, responsible for building relationships with key media owners, brands and agencies to deliver audience insights.

The Mint Partners new leadership team
The Mint Partners has announced that Miranda Bryce, former general manager for the agency, will join founder Genevieve Taubman as a partner in the business.
The agency has grown by category and service since its inception in 2007 and now services more than 40 clients across consumer lifestyle in the premium to luxury space spanning travel, food and beverage, fashion, design, property and major events.

Merkle ANZ's Marque Kabbaz joins 303 MullenLowe
303 MullenLowe has hired Marque Kabbaz as executive director CX & Digital. Kabbaz joins the agency management team and will lead the customer experience and digital practice across Australia and New Zealand.

Jamie Gilbert-Smith joins Nine as director of trade marketing
Nine has appointed Jamie Gilbert-Smith director of trade marketing. Gilbert-Smith, with more than two decades of strategic marketing experience across the UK and Australia, was most recently national business partnerships director at creative content agency Hogarth
