It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Henry Tajer is back
Henry Tajer, the former CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network, is the CEO of The Influence Group. Tajer has taken a "significant shareholding" in the business.

Dentsu Creative hires Gayle While
Dentsu Creative has appointed Gayle While, most recently chief digital officer at dentsu, to the newly created role of chief client officer. The former Clemenger Melbourne CEO joins David Halter, chief strategy & growth officer and Kirsty Muddle, CEO Creative, who leads the business across Australia and New Zealand.

Orchard appoints managing partner
Digital creative agency Orchard has appointed Michael Di Natale to the newly created role of managing partner to drive agency growth. He joins Orchard after being managing director at digital agency Versa. Di Natale has held positions at Accenture and Isobar, before moving up the ranks to become dentsu’s executive director of experience, strategy and consulting.

HERO appoints ex-carsales marketing leader
Independent HERO has appointed marketing maven Trudi Sampola to the newly created national talent role of people’s HERO. Sampola started her career in media with Naked London, then OMD Australia and Ikon Communications where she was Melbourne managing director and national chief talent officer, a role she also performed at CHE Proximity. Sampola most recently worked client side in several senior marketing roles at carsales. She joins HERO founder Ben Lilley and chief operating officer James Greet as a senior member of the national leadership team.

Carat hires dentsu UWA program intern
Carat Perth has made its first hire from the inaugural WA dentsu intern program in partnership with the University of Western Australia. Mae Dolan joins the Carat team this month.

RACAT appoints Australian Geographic managing director
The RACAT Group has appointed Piers Grove managing director of Australian Geographic. Grove takes on the new role in addition to his role as managing director and publisher of Junkee Media, which was acquired by RACAT last December.

We Are Social appoints general manager
Alice Coult has been appointed general manager at We Are Socia. Coulthard has 15 years of local and international experience, with senior account leadership positions at SEEN Connects in London, Ogilvy PR and Pulse in Sydney.

Decade of Action brings in Christian Stenta
Decade of Action (D.O.A) has appointed Christian Stenta head of strategy. Stenta brings experience in data and public policy to the agency, having established the Victorian Government’s first Behavioural Insights Unit.

InMobi welcomes new sales managers
InMobi has appointed two new sales managers to its expanding Australia and New Zealand team. Josephine Driscoll joins InMobi from Network 10 where she was a commercial audience specialist. Pascal de l’Epine joins InMobi from World Sport Action where he was a senior account manager. Josephine Driscoll and Pascal de l’Epine both join as sales manager’s for New South Wales and Queensland with a remit to drive growth from programmatic revenue and strengthen InMobi’s agency partnerships with GroupM and Publicis, Interpublic Group respectively.

TRAVLR appoints new executives
Travel technology platform TRAVLR has appointed new senior executives as part of its Australian and global team. Jason Greene becomes US-based vice president global ‘travel as a service’ sales. Roann Roberts becomes NZ-based head of global travel product, and Matthew Patterson becomes Australian-based chief financial officer.
