It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Zenith strengthens team with three appointments
Zenith announced a trio of appointments - Madel Giles joining as head of people and culture, Jack Telford in the newly-created role of SEO group business director, and Jessica Armstrong as Melbourne head of investment.

OMD promotes from within for NSW government account
OMD Australia has announced two key senior promotions following the appointment as media agency of record across the consolidated NSW Government account. Promoting from within, Philippa Moig has been appointed to head of NSW Government and Peita Pacey to head of behaviour change, NSW Government.

NITV announces senior appointments
National Indigenous Television (NITV) has announced the appointment of two senior Indigenous leaders to key roles overseeing the commissioning of content and channel operations, with Marissa McDowell and Rhanna Collins stepping into new roles.

Media Partners appoints News Corp's Royce Zygarlicki general manager 
Media Partners has appointed Royce Zygarlicki general manager. Royce brings rounded experience in media, holding senior positions in television, radio, print and digital. Notable appointments include senior roles at News Corp, Network Ten and Wavemaker.

BMF boosts creative department with two hires
BMF has bolstered its creative capabilities with Max Lowe and Max Lom-Bor being the latest creative duo to join the department. Prior to BMF, Lowe and Lom-Bor held creative roles in London for over five years, most recently at independent creative agency The Corner. The duo has also spent time at Gravity Road and Havas London and worked with clients including Adidas, Three Mobile, Heathrow, Jackpotjoy, Anglian Water and Sofology.

The new dentsu CEO for ANZ is Patricio De Matteis
dentsu International has appointed Patricio De Matteis, currently chief digital officer of Cognizant, as CEO of ANZ, based in Sydney and starting in January. De Matteis replaces CEO Angela Tangas, who was appointed CEO of dentsu UK and Ireland in May, joining the business in London in September. 

Half Dome appoints Gabriel Grossman head of SEO
Independent media agency Half Dome has appointed Gabriel Grossman head of SEO.In the newly created role, Grossman will be responsible for developing a best-in-market SEO product for Half Dome’s existing and new enterprise-level clients.

Neon Treehouse marks 10 years with senior appointments
Neon Treehouse celebrates 10 years in digital marketing this month with key appointments to its leadership team. White announced internal promotions for Michael Chiu (ex-Wavemaker HK) to head of campaigns, Agnes Martins to head of creative and Nick Jeavons to operations manager.

Thinkerbell's Dominic Counahan switches to dentsu Solutions
Dominic Counahan, former Thinkerbell Melbourne executive strategy director, has joined dentsu Solutions as integrated strategy & innovation partner. He will play a key role, providing strategy and management consulting services, while drawing on the dentsu’s integrated creative, media and customer experience capability.

Snack Drawer's three new hires
Creative agency Snack Drawer announced three new appointments for its Melbourne operation. Joining Snack Drawer are: Head of content and social Steph Grapsas, supervising producer Eliza Bone and social & creator manager Reyann Khalil.
