M&C Saatchi promotes Emma Robbins
M&C Saatchi has promoted Emma Robbins to national executive creative director. Robbins will partner with Cam Blackley, chief creative officer of M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ, to build a tighter, more connected, creative leadership.
Retail media platform Zitcha three executive appointments
Independent retail media platform Zitcha has appointed Barry McGhee chief commercial officer, Aysha Cincotta director of marketing and Hugh Cameron head of data.

Bastion Shine redesigns business model via senior hires
Bastion Shine in New Zealand has redesigned its business model with the launch of four specialist business units across a range of communications disciplines with new senior hires. Bastion Creative will be led by managing director Toby Sellers, who has joined the group after more than a decade with FCB. Bastion Digital will be led by managing director Andy Schick, formerly chief digital officer at Bastion Shine. Bastion Transform will be led by general manager Andy McLeish, also chief strategy officer at Bastion Shine.
CitrusAd regional CEO
Australian retail media platform CitrusAd, recently acquired by Publicis, has appointed Rob Odd as its first CEO, Asia Pacific and Japan. Odd has over the last twenty years held executive leadership positions for various agencies, most recently within the WPP network.
Emotive creative director Tiara Valder
Independent creative agency Emotive has hired creative director Tiara Valder. She has worked in Emotive’s freelance creative collective for six years, across clients including Revlon, Berlei, Modibodi, Optus, and Unilever, and now joins the agency in a permanent position.
Digitas GM Simon Brock
Digitas has announced key promotions, following the agency’s move toward a unified, single-agency model across Australia and New Zealand. Effective immediately, Simon Brock expands his position as executive creative director ANZ, taking on the role of general manager of Digitas Australia.
Rufus Powered by Initiative boosts senior leadership team
Media agency Initiative has announced the appointments of Sarah O’Leary as managing director and Tom Cumberworth as head of partnerships to Rufus Powered by Initiative.
Lion CMO to join AANA board
Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) has appointed the CMO of Lion, Anubha Sahasrabuddhe, to its board. Sahasrabuddhe has 20 years of experience across market brands including The Coca-Cola Company and Mars Wrigley with a track record of business transformation.
