Movers & Shakers: Audience Precision, dentsu, HERO, Alley & QMS

It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Audience Precision appoints Jessica Bray head of media
Media strategy consultancy and technology business Audience Precision has appointed Jessica Bray to the newly created role of head of media. During almost six years at Audience Precision, Bray has worked across the business in many capacities including operations, technology development, strategy and media, most recently as senior strategist and media team lead.

Ben Shepherd jumps to dentsu ANZ
Ben Shepherd has been appointed chief investment officer of dentsu ANZ’s media portfolio, supporting the Carat, iProspect and dentsu X brands, reporting to CEO Danny Bass.

HERO creative hiring spree
HERO has strengthened its creative department with four new hires. Anneliese Sullivan joins as a copywriter. Recently relocating from Perth with roles at The Brand Agency and Meerkats. Will Fox also joins the creative department as a copywriter, having held roles at Deloitte Digital and Thinkerbell, creating notable campaigns for Furphy Unbelievable and Bega Purple.
Joining as senior designer, Aaron Wickers brings two decades of knowledge and craft across automotive, FMCG, banking, telco, tourism and Government clients, working at agencies such as CHEP, TBWA and DDB and Selina Smylle joins as junior creative, relocating from McCann Leeds.

Paramount’s Josh Semaan joins Digital Minds Group
Digital Minds, a full-service digital agency, has appointed Josh Semaan to the group as digital manager.
Semaan has a marketing and digital background in media and brings additional expertise in Programmatic Media to the team.

Alley appoints Taylor Murray head of growth
Performance agency Alley has appointed Taylor Murray, former head of digital at Amart, as the newly created head of growth to further scale the business. The agency, on the back of Nunn Media’s acquisition of Alley last year, has been increasing its service offerings.

Spotify's Khurrum Malik appointed CMO at Integral Ad Science
Integral Ad Science has appointed Khurrum Malik CMO based in New York.
Malik, most recently head of global business marketing at Spotify, will report to Yannis Dosios, chief commercial officer.

Samsung Ads' Laura Wall joins QMS as head of programmatic sales
QMS has appointed Laura Wall to the new role of head of programmatic sales, effective immediately.
Wall, reporting to QMS chief customer officer Mark Fairhurst, will lead QMS' programmatic offering across Australia, supporting its sales teams to deliver on agencies and clients’ requirements for integrated solutions across all the major demand side platforms and data providers.

Rocket Agency's senior hires to digital team
Rocket Agency has made three new senior appointments following client wins including The University of Sydney, Snap Print & Design and Fair Markets. Former SEO manager at online marketing gurus, Daniel Costa, joins Rocket as head of SEO, along with former agency-side digital marketing specialists, Paige Lasser and Cristian Lopez-Perez, who’ve bolstered the client services team.

Rachel Tikey promoted to chief commercial officer of Pedestrian Group
Pedestrian Group has promoted Rachel Tikey into the newly created role of chief commercial officer, a position that will see Tikey lead expansion into new markets and launch new products; including web3 vertical The Chainsaw and other products in development with parent company, Nine.
