Alex Nemeth becomes Qualtrics country manager for ANZ

Customer experience tech company Qualtrics has named Alex Nemeth as country manager for Australia and New Zealand. He will lead the company’s operations across the region as it partners with businesses and governments.

Mindshare appoints Tess Eastcott to lead NAB account
 
Mindshare has appointed Tess Eastcott managing partner, leading the NAB account. She’ll work closely with the agency team led by Mindshare Melbourne MD Christian Solomon and GroupM.
 
Venatus promotes Bayden McCallum to group sales manager
 
Gaming and ad tech media company Venatus has promoted Bayden McCallum to group sales manager. Previously serving as senior sales manager, he will now oversee and expand Venatus’ sales efforts.
 
Sarah McGregor exits dentsu
 
Dentsu Creative ANZ executive creative director Sarah McGregor has exited the business, after almost three years based in Melbourne. Sources say the decision was made a few weeks ago. 
 
Women in Media names Anita Jacoby chair
 
Women in Media has appointed Anita Jacoby chair and Bridget Fair deputy chair, each for a three-year term. The moves come as founding member and former co-chair Victoria Laurie is stepping away after nearly two decades.
 
Amplify promotes one and hires another

Creative agency Amplify has promoted Lucinda O’Brien to strategy director and hired Domenic Scriva for the newly created role of culture executive. O’Brien returned to Amplify Australia after a year-long break where she focused on brand strategy. 
 
Liam Loan-Lack joins Match & Wood
 
Independent media agency Match & Wood has appointed Liam Loan-Lack to the newly-created role of chief commercial & strategy officer. He will be responsible for driving strategic growth nationally through the creation of new agency products, elevating client relationships, and helping deliver commercial outcomes for clients.
