It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Icon Agency appoints VMLY&R's Scott Pritchett senior art director
Scott Pritchett is joining integrated communications company Icon Agency as senior art director. He will oversee the design and art direction of Icon’s creative projects. Prior to joining Icon, Pritchett worked at VMLY&R as senior art director and at Dentsu as art director.

BlueBet appoints Tony Thomas Australian CMO
Australian online wagering operator BlueBet Holdings has appointed Tony Thomas Australian chief marketing officer. Thomas brings more than 20 years’ experience as a marketing & digital executive in industries including media, tech, entertainment, food & beverage, and retail.

Josh Grace has landed
Josh Grace, the former CMO of Samsung in Australia, has a new role He is now group executive - customer office at Colonial First State. Grace left Samsung mid last year following a reorganisation.

Special opens New York office
Following two years of growth in Los Angeles, Special is further expanding its offering with an office in New York. Dom Dalton (ex Johannes Leonardo) has joined as GM and Kelsey Karson (ex Deutsch LA) has come onboard as head of strategy, alongside another 10 new hires, and the office is already working with Virgin Voyages and Uber Eats US & Canada.

Marcus Tesoriero named CCO of The General Store
The General Store has signed creative leader Marcus Tesoriero to amplify the agency's creative, innovation and design offering. Taking on the role of chief creative officer and based in Sydney, he starts the new role in December. Recently departing Dentsu Creative, Tesoriero finishes a successful two-and-a-half-year tenure as ECD across Australia and New Zealand. 

Lisa Christie joins Pearman as general manager 
Lisa Christie, a founder of the IKON Communications, has joined Pearman as general manager.She spent the early part of her career at Ogilvy & Mather and Magnus and Nankervis & Curl (FCB) before starting IKON during the late 1990s, helping grow the business fivefold with clients including CBA, Sony and Vodafone.

Playground xyz hires consumer neuroscientist Shannon Bosshard
Playground xyz (PXYZ) has hired consumer neuroscientist Shannon Bosshard as lead scientist. At PXYZ, Shannon will lead the consumer attention research initiatives that will unlock best practices and understandings for brands to drive optimal attention and ultimately business outcomes across their digital advertising campaigns.

Fyllo's senior hires in Australia and Singapore
Fyllo, a platform that provides data-driven marketing and regulatory solutions, today announced the appointment of Daniel Cravero as VP and Chrysa Soon as the VP for customer success.

Alchemy One hires Mindshare's Sarah Kent
Independent media agency Alchemy One had appointed Sarah Kent as business director. Kent will be responsible for delivering transformative marketing solutions for client partners and will be critical in the continued growth and development of the agency’s strategy and planning team.

New global CEO of MullenLowe Group
Kristen Cavallo, CEO of The Martin Agency, has been promoted to global CEO of MullenLowe Group. Cavallo will oversee 20 offices in 13 countries, across the world’s top commercial markets with major hubs in the US, London, Mumbai, Singapore and Bogota.
