Mobile marketing service provider Applift, a Verve Group company, has appointed Manuela Cadd to the role of country manager Australia and New Zealand as part of its wider international growth strategy.
The appointment marks Applift and Verve Group’s entry into the Australian and New Zealand market and adds to its growing global footprint with 20 offices now operational in locations including Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Beijing and Buenos Aires.
The newly formed Verve Group, a data-first brand performance ad platform connecting brands, advertisers and publishers to people in real time, unites Applift with location-based mobile marketing platform Verve and global mobile ad exchange PubNative.
Applift VP worldwide sales Ofir Perry says the group's expansion into Oceania presents "tremendous growth potential".
"We're excited to enter the market, and bring our focus on transparency and expertise in delivering performance results on mobile to local brands and advertisers,” Perry says.
Cadd says she is looking forward to launching Applift and Verve group into the local market.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining the wider Verve Group family to launch Applift into Australia and New Zealand, and although it’s a difficult time for the entire industry, performance advertising is proving particularly resilient as brands seek more personalised customer interactions," Cass says.
