Melbourne's Trade Indy acquired by Singapore AI group

Singapore based SQREEM Technologies, a digital behaviour aggregator, has acquired Melbourne programmatic business Trade Indy.

SQREEM, founded in 2010, is a pure artificial intelligence company which develops AI solutions that match online behaviours with brands and publishers, identifying valuable groups of customers and their behaviours.  

Trade Indy, founded in 2014, operates across Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East and North America, offering programmatic managed service to media agencies and brands direct.

“The agreement to merge with SQREEM expands both business offerings by bringing together our experienced managed service team with advanced, cookieless, AI driven technology,” said Mark Rosenberg, a director at Trade Indy.

CEO of SQREEM Technologies Ian Chapman Banks, said the company had grown significantly over the past two years with acquisitions and partnerships in more than 10 markets.
