MediaCom has appointed Minsun Collier to the newly created role of national head of digital.

Collier was formerly head digital officer at The Media Store.

Based in Sydney, Collier will focus on leading and developing MediaCom’s digital capabilities nationally while being a trusted digital advisor for the agency’s clients and media partners.

“I am thrilled to join MediaCom to lead a team of outstanding specialists and play a central role in helping clients in their journey of digital transformation," Collier says.

Collier has more than 20 years of industry experience and has worked in a wide range of digital and media roles, as well as broader leadership roles.

As the national head of digital, Collier will lead the high performance national digital team which sits with MediaCom’s implementation and investment arm.

Collier’s responsibilities will also include leading MediaCom’s digital, data and technology offering nationally and ensuring its product offering is constantly evolving.

MediaCom AUNZ CEO Willie Pang says the agency is pleased to welcome someone of Collier's "calibre".

“She is a respected digital leader with the knowledge and expertise required to drive performance and growth for our clients and media partners nationally," Pang says.

Collier will see her report directly into MediaCom chief investment officer Claire Butterworth says.

“An incredibly well-respected leader in market, Minsun’s appointment creates a trusted digital advisor for our people, clients and media partners," Butterworth says.

“Minsun is an impressive and talented individual who I have no doubt will continue the incredible momentum and growth already created.”
