Noisy Beast managing director and co-founder Adam Hilton has joined independent, Melbourne-based agency Stratosphere as CEO.
Hilton founded Noisy Beast six years ago after spending most of his career at Channel Ten.
He enters back into business with Radek Sali, who was also a cofounder of Noisy Beast, before forming Stratosphere last year alongside Andrew Shostak to service Chemist Warehouse.
Shostak, who was initially CEO of Stratosphere, will now assume the managing director position.
Chemist Warehouse came on board as a minority shareholder in Stratosphere when it formed in 2017, splitting from Quattro to work with the new agency.
Stratosphere has also hired former Carat group business director Justen Duggan and has won the creative and media account for RSEA Safety Australia on a four year contract.
Duggan had been at Carat for seven years, also holding roles at Mitchell & Partners and OMD.
"We are incredibly excited at the opportunity to team up with another great Australian brand and help build its already exceptional standing and growth strategy in the market," Shostak says.
Now at 28 staff, Shostak says the agency is planning to expand its network next year.
Last year, Swisse Wellness acquired Noisy Beast.
