McDonald's is pitching CRM

McDonald's Australia is pitching its Customer Relationship Management account, AdNews can reveal.

The incumbent is digital agency Digitas.

The fast-food chain's CRM account is focused on customer relationship strategy, insights, measurement and execution.

A spokesperson from McDonald’s said McDonald’s Australia is in the midst of a pitch process with multiple agencies.

"As part of a global effort to gain alignment of CRM across key markets. We look forward to sharing more later this year.”
