Matt Ware becomes Digital Minds Group's head of client solutions

Independent media agency Digital Minds Group (DMG) has appointed Matt Ware to lead Client Solutions.

Following the closure of First Consulting’s Australian operations arm at the end of 2024, Ware has transitioned over to the Group, bringing with him a number of key accounts including Big W and Kennards Storage.

Ware began his career in search engine marketing and has since held a number of executive agency roles leading teams in media, SEO, mobile, CRO, data and analytics.

DMG GM Lija Wilson said following a big year of growth and global expansion for the Group along with a number of new account wins, she is delighted to bring Ware into this newly created role.

"With so much more complexity and diversity in the number of media channels we are now working with across so many geographical markets, Matt’s breadth and depth of category and channel expertise enables us to bring an even greater level of sophistication to our solutions and focus on efficiency for our Client Partners," she said.

Ware said it's a very exciting time to be joining an indie agency and DMG have long impressed him with their model and approach to performance marketing excellence and their relentless pursuit of innovation in digital marketing.
