Here's her list of marketing myths:

  1. “Our brand totally understands our customers.” But in reality ONLY 6% of brands say they understand their customers. 

  2. “Consumers are simple and rational” In fact they are complex

  3. “TV is DEAD” When more than 80% of Australians watch TV each month. 

  4. “TV is only good for creating top of funnel consumer awareness” TV drives full-funnel brand impact

  5. “TV works best as a stand alone channel.” TV amplies brand impact when combined with other media channels
