M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ has appointed Najla Haddad to the newly created role of chief product officer.
Haddad will be leading the CBA client relationship team across the Group as part of her appointment, while also leading the Group’s CX product suite.
Haddad started her career in Australia with WPP and spent nearly a decade with Ogilvy both in Sydney and New York. For the past 11 years, while in the US, Haddad led teams and clients at VMLY&R and Digitas.
Group CEO at M&C Saatchi Group, Justin Graham, said Haddad is a brilliant addition to the Group Executive team as they continue to bring original thinkers and specialists together to realise big ambitions for their clients.
"She has worked for some of the world’s most progressive brands in one of the most competitive markets in the world, and now will spearhead the continued investment in our customer and CX product suite," said Graham.
"We could not be more thrilled that she has joined M&C Saatchi Group on her return to Australian shores."
Haddad said she was delighted to be joining the M&C Saatchi Group at a time when digital transformation is front and centre.
"I’m passionate about building brands through exceptional experiences and am confident that the team and I will take the customer-first capabilities at the group to the next level for our clients," said Haddad.
Haddad will be based in the M&C Saatchi Group Sydney office.
