Ex-JWT Australia CEO Noel Magnus is back in the game, resurfacing at digital agency Reborn as its managing director.
Magnus had left JWT in 2010, and has since been working in business consultancy and the legal world since that time.
He said he made the decision to get back into the agency world to be around creative thinkers.
“While I learned a hell of a lot during my time out of the industry, I sure as hell missed it too. I absolutely love agency life and working with genuinely creative thinkers,” Magnus said.
“Needless to say, I didn’t find too many of them in the law.”
Reborn said the appointment was made with an eye toward expanding its offering, with it telling media that it would introduce new brands to the market in the next few months.
Magnus started the new job yesterday.
Reborn's client sheet includes Nestle, Dyson, Guess, Lion Drinks & Dairy, Domain, Colgate, Tourism Queensland, Suntory, Peroni, and McPhersons among others.
