Marketing transformation consultancy -lution appoints Nick Thomas as partner and chief strategy officer.

Thomas was most recently chief customer officer at Betfair Australia. Prior to, he held roles as chief marketing officer at RACV, general manager of consumer at Telstra and head of digital for O2 UK.

Thomas said: “I am delighted to be joining Chris and the -lution team so we can help more businesses unlock the power of in-housing.

"During my time at Betfair, I was a foundational client for -lution, as they helped us build our internal agency and hybrid model. I have run a similar model a number of times in my career and know well the benefits it can bring for agility, creativity and efficiency."

-lution CEO and founder Chris Maxwell said: “Nick has been working with us for several months now and I am delighted he has agreed to come on board permanently as a partner in the business.
