Robert Morgan, after 23 years as CEO of the Clemenger Group, is handing over to Les Timar.
The changeover happens January 1. Morgan will continue as chairman.

Timar has been with the Clemenger Group for 23 years and is currently the CEO of GRACosway.
He was one of the founders of GRA 27 years ago, led the company through its merger with Cosway and has successfully built the firm into the pre-eminent public affairs, strategic communications and investor relations practice.
